Delivery to your address
- In-stock pieces within Qatar: arrive in 1–2 days. Delivery is complimentary on orders of 500 QAR or more, and 25 QAR for orders below this amount.
- In-stock orders confirmed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
- Cash on delivery is available within Qatar.
Exchanging your piece
- You may request another size or colour within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, in its original condition and with tags attached.
- Contact us through the contact page or by phone to arrange collection from your address within 1–2 days of your exchange request.
- Pieces whose length has been adjusted at your request can only be exchanged in the event of a manufacturing fault.
Following your order
You will receive a confirmation email, followed by an email when your order is dispatched with the delivery details.
