When will my piece arrive?
In-stock pieces arrive at your address in Qatar in 1–2 days. Orders confirmed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Delivery is complimentary on orders of 500 QAR or more, and 25 QAR for orders below this amount. Dispatch times for pre-order pieces appear on the product page.
How do I choose my size?
Compare your measurements with the XS to XL chart in our size guide. If you are between sizes, contact us before ordering for guidance. Length adjustment is available on request before dispatch.
Can I exchange my size?
Yes, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, in its original condition and with tags attached. Contact us and we will arrange collection from your address. Pieces whose length has been adjusted at your request can only be exchanged in the event of a manufacturing fault.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay by credit or debit card, or Apple Pay, through SkipCash. Cash on delivery within Qatar is also available.
Do the photographs show the actual piece?
Yes, the photographs show the pieces available from our boutique. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and the lighting.
Can I view the pieces before choosing?
